The P&D Online system provides customers with the opportunity to enter requests for service without depending on the old paper request forms. It provides enhanced capability to attach electronic documents, reducing the need for paper. Electronic documents can be in almost any common format, including most Word Processors and PDF. It improves response time by eliminating the time required to physically deliver the request and paper original to P&D. It improves communication from you, the requestor, by providing more options for you to document your requirements.
