Authentication for Non-City Users

Authentication for user not on the City of Portland's Intranet. 

If you are a non-City User, you will be asked to enter your Logon Name or Profile. As a first time customer, you will select Enter User Profile.

• You will be asked to specify (make up) your own Logon Name. Select a unique identifier for yourself; one that you can remember. The application will assure that no duplicates are used.
• You will be asked to specify a password. It should be significant and simple for you to remember, and difficult for anyone else to guess.
